Vinesta is an online jewellery store offering demi-fine, everyday luxury jewellery. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Vinesta. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:

• You will not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
• Prices for our products are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen's display will be entirely accurate.
• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payment must be made in full through our secure payment gateway options at the time of placing an order.
• We accept major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and authorized digital wallets.
• In the event that an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund or store credit as preferred.

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
• Delivery timelines vary based on location and typically range between 2 to 10 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

• All orders are final. We do not offer returns or monetary refunds under any circumstances.
• Exchanges are offered solely in cases of damaged or incorrect items received, subject to a claim being raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or incorrect order claims. Requests submitted without this will not be considered.
• Where an exchange cannot be fulfilled, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
• Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

All jewellery pieces come with a 6-month tarnish-resistant warranty for anti-tarnish plating. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and plating issues under normal wear conditions. It does not cover damage caused by accidental breakage, contact with harsh chemicals, perfume, water immersion, or improper storage.

Vinesta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our website or services.
• Unauthorized access to your account or transmission of data.
• Minor variations in product color or appearance due to screen resolutions.

If you create an account on Vinesta:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
