• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price.
• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from us.
• We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. All payments must be completed before an order is processed.
• Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within India only.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the order.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We do not offer returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.
• Exchanges are offered only in cases of damaged or incorrect items received, subject to our exchange policy.
• We do not offer monetary refunds. In applicable cases, store credit may be issued.

7. Warranty

All jewellery purchased from Vinesta is covered by a 6-month colour warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers significant loss of plating under normal usage conditions and unusual discoloration. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product photographs, and design — is the intellectual property of Vinesta and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinesta shall not be liable for:
